The Performance Evaluation Report Card (PERC) Methodology was developed by Jim Boswell and Tristan Yates as a process for improving business performance throughout an organization.
PERC is applicable for a wide-range of applications (both large and small). PERC has been tried and tested successfully within real world environments to reduce risk, improve profitability, and general business operating efficiencies.
In 2010 Boswell and Yates submitted the PERC methodology into the WIPRO-Knowledge@Wharton Innovation Tournament where it was selected as one of the ten finalists.
