I have set up one PERC performance measurement for myself. It’s the numbers of time that i have to see, listen, or hear from Krugman. The higher the number, the “worse” my own performance.

Born in 1947, Jim (James D. Boswell) has a broad educational foundation including a B.A. degree in mathematics from Hanover College (1969); an M.P.A. degree in public finance from Indiana University, School of Public and Environmental Affairs (1976); and an M.B.A. degree in general management from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School (1983). During part of the Cold War period, Indy served as a naval officer aboard a fleet ballistic missile submarine. Jim spent twenty-five years in Washington, DC providing management consulting, financial analyses, engineering, and budgeting services to several companies and institutions including IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the Department of Energy, and the U.S. Navy.
